What makes a rigid box different
A rigid box is built from thick board that is wrapped in printed or specialty paper, so it keeps its shape, protects the product and does not crush like a folding carton. It is assembled rather than shipped flat, which is why it feels premium and is often reused by the customer.
Styles
Popular constructions are the lift-off lid box, the magnetic-closure flap box, the drawer-style box and the book-style box. We recommend the style based on your product, how it is opened and how it is shipped.
Finishes and inserts
Add foil stamping and embossing to the logo, soft-touch lamination for a velvet feel, and spot UV for contrast. A custom foam, EVA or paper insert holds the product in place and shows it off when the box opens.
