Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms govern quotes, orders and use of the website packjaki.com, operated by packjaki (a subsidiary of Guangzhou Baoyuan Printing Group) ("packjaki", "we", "us"). packjaki sells custom printed packaging to businesses. By requesting a quote, placing an order or using the website you agree to these terms. If we agree different terms with you in writing for a specific order, those terms apply to that order.
2. Who we sell to
Our products are custom-made for businesses and are sold in trade quantities. If you are buying for personal use as a consumer, please contact us before ordering so we can explain how consumer rights apply to made-to-order goods.
3. Quotes and orders
Every price is a custom quote prepared from your product, size, material, print finish and quantity. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Prices shown as "from" or as examples on the website are not an offer. An order is confirmed only when you have accepted the quote, we have approved your artwork and we have received the agreed deposit. Our minimum order quantity is 500 units per design unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Artwork, proofs and approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, spelling, barcodes, dimensions, colours and legal text you approve, including any regulatory or ingredient statements. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every logo, trademark, font and image you supply, and you will compensate us for claims arising from a breach of this. Production starts only after you approve the digital proof in writing. Once a proof is approved we are not responsible for errors that were visible in it.
5. Colour, materials and tolerances
Printed colours can differ slightly from on-screen previews, between print runs and between board stocks. Dimensions may vary by a small manufacturing tolerance. The quantity delivered may be up to 5% above or below the ordered quantity, which is standard in packaging manufacturing; you are invoiced for the quantity delivered. Mockups and photos on the website illustrate a style and are not a guarantee of a final colour or finish.
6. Samples
Sample packs show our standard materials and print finishes and are provided for evaluation. A sample pack is not a pre-production proof of your specific design. If you need a made-to-order sample of your own design, we will quote it separately before we make it.
7. Production and delivery
Lead times are estimates that start when your artwork is approved and the deposit has been received. Production plus shipping to most countries usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks, but the lead time on your quote is the one that applies. Shipping method, Incoterms, duties, import taxes and customs clearance are set out in your quote; unless it says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes at the destination. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier, or as set out in the agreed Incoterm. We are not liable for delay caused by carriers, customs, public holidays, force majeure or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise, a deposit is due to start production and the balance is due before shipment. Prices are in the currency stated on the quote. You are responsible for bank charges on your side. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full. If a payment is late we may pause production or shipment until it is received.
9. Inspection, defects and claims
Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any manufacturing defect, damage in transit or shortfall in quantity within 14 days of delivery, with clear photos of the goods and the outer cartons. Where a defect is our responsibility we will, at our choice, reprint, replace or credit the affected units. Because the goods are custom printed, they cannot be returned or cancelled for a change of mind, and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
10. Intellectual property
Your artwork, logos and brand files remain yours. We use them only to produce your order, and we do not reuse or share them without your permission. We keep the rights in our own dielines, templates, photography and website content. With your permission we may show photos of finished work on our channels; tell us if you do not want this.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss of business. We are not responsible for whether your packaging meets the specific legal, safety or labelling rules of the country where you sell it. That remains your responsibility.
12. Use of the website
You may use the website to browse, request quotes and place orders. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content for commercial use without our permission. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the website is always available or error-free.
13. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the website when you request your quote applies to that order. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, it is governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
14. Contact
