1. Who we are
This policy explains how packjaki (a subsidiary of Guangzhou Baoyuan Printing Group) ("packjaki", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit packjaki.com, request a quote, place an order or message us. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at sales@packjaki.com.
2. What we collect
Details you give us: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery and billing address, the packaging you ask about, artwork and brand files you upload, and messages you send through the website, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. Account details if you create an account (your password is stored hashed, never in plain text). Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited and how you arrived at the site.
3. How and why we use it
To prepare quotes, produce and ship your order, take payment and send invoices (performance of a contract, or steps you ask for before a contract). To reply to your messages and give support (our legitimate interest in running the business). To keep the website secure and improve it (legitimate interest). To measure and run our advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the site (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest). To send marketing emails if you subscribe, which you can stop at any time (consent). To meet legal and accounting duties (legal obligation).
4. Cookies, advertising pixels and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work, for example to keep you signed in. We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and to build audiences of people who visited the site, and the pixel records events such as page views, product views and form submissions. We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. These tools can set cookies or similar identifiers and send data such as your IP address and the pages you view to the provider. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s privacy controls, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, tell us if you want us to stop using advertising identifiers for you.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to run the business: website hosting and infrastructure providers, email and messaging providers, payment processors, shipping carriers and customs brokers, and advertising and analytics providers such as Meta and Google. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. Our parent group’s factory receives the order details and artwork needed to make your packaging. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
We operate from China and our providers operate in several countries, so your information is transferred outside your own country, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or on your consent to the transfer, which you give when you send us your details to get a quote.
7. Your artwork
Artwork and brand files you send us are used only to produce your packaging and mockups. They are not shared with other customers or reused without your permission.
8. How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after, usually up to 3 years. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
9. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to order data. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want stored in a business email or chat.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time and to stop marketing to you. Write to sales@packjaki.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the AEPD (aepd.es) in Spain or the ICO (ico.org.uk) in the UK.
11. Children
The website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed (November 2026).
